For over thirty years, I have been teaching yoga and meditation, doing bodywork, and training the next generation of teachers. My coaching work was a natural extension of that work.
In my work as a life coach, I have supported gay men of all ages find healing and greater balance around sexuality, intimacy, health and wellness and using yogic philosophy and practice to reframe experiences into powerful life lessons.
